From opportunity analysis to supplier sourcing to contract execution and management, we successfully tendered coast-to-coast, across Canada, Security Services and Janitorial Services through a concurrent national tendering process.
Global Procurement System
We successfully implemented the rigorous use of our tailor-made, centralized eSourcing system. This system increases sourcing efficiencies, accelerates savings results, and provides suppliers with an open, fair, and transparent pricing environment.
Risk Management
We centralized the collection of our supplier compliance documentation to more efficiently and effectively manage our client’s risk management.
Supplier Process Management
We were a key member in our leading practices project, which focused on improving such best-in-class supplier management processes as our Procure-to-Pay process. This process manages over 20,000 suppliers using our customized and automated PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Supplier Review Board
We introduced a leading-edge supplier performance methodology - the Supplier Review Board (SRB). SRBs consistently and periodically bring together our Field Operations and our suppliers from across the country to build, maintain, and improve our best-in-class service delivery.

Subject Matter Training
We expand our collective expertise by providing continuous education to our Operations staff through workshops and just-in-time subject matter training.
