The Asset Management team tracks, reports and audits assets and systems in facilities managed by SNC-Lavalin ProFac. Then they work with you to implement projects and operational changes designed to improve your facilities’ operations.
We offer database, reporting and training services for all field personnel – internal and external – who are involved in operation, project management and planning. These services include:
- Maintenance Management, including the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Maintenance Master Plan (MMP). The Maintenance Management team can help you maximize your building systems reliability and optimize the value of the forecasted maintenance budget.
- Asset Integrity, including the Asset Condition Assessment Report, Asset Reliability Assessments including Building Infrastructure Continuity Plans, Project Justification, and Code and Standards Database. The Asset Integrity team is the focal point for business assets, audits and due diligence activities.
- Capital Planning, including the Asset Management System (AMS), Capital Renewal and Planning (CRP) and Life Cycle Report (LCR). The Capital Planning team handles all assets planning and replacement implementations.
