The Harvest Retirement Program, our Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (Group RRSP), allows team members to play an active role in financial planning for their retirement, and provides maximum flexibility. The company contributes to a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan as an incentive for team members to save towards retirement. If they choose, team members can direct all or part of their base and/or supplementary contribution to an RRSP account in the name of a spouse.

As a part of our compensation package, we also offer the SNC-Lavalin Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), which provides team members with the opportunity to be shareholders – and, therefore, owners and investors – so they can share in the value and future of the company after they have accumulated six months of service. Team members may allocate contributions to either the Group RRSP or the Non-Registered Plan (NRP) within the ESOP, depending on their priorities.
